The FJORD 41 XL has been named European Powerboat of the Year 2021 by the continent’s leading powerboat magazines. Due to the pandemic and the resulting cancellation of the boot Düsseldorf show, the award ceremony was held virtually for the first time at the International Maritime Museum in Hamburg. In the "Yachts up to 14 metres" class, the FJORD 41 XL overcame renowned competition to win the most important prize in the global motor yacht industry. After a successful nautical season for the shipyard and its models, Absolute Yachts has achieved another important international award. Friday, 22 January, Navetta 64 won first place in her category at the 16th edition of the European Powerboat Award 2021. The jury based the final decision on her functionality and livability, in their words: “She embodies the perfect combination of flybridge powerboat and explorer. The Dehler 30 one design has won two awards in SAIL magazine’s Best Boats 2021 Awards. The racer-cruiser won over the jury of experts in both the "Performance Boat 30ft or Less" category, and in "Systems", where the Dehler Stealth Drive was honored as the best technical innovation. Recognition in North America comes after the Dehler 30 one design was named European Yacht of the Year 2020. The American judges were impressed by the racer-cruiser’s performance and ease of handling - even at high speeds. Absolute Yachts is listed in the special leaderboard “Leader della Crescita 2021” For the third consecutive year, Absolute Yachts is listed in the special leaderboard “Leader della Crescita 2021”, drawn up by Il Sole24Ore and the German agency Statista: such lists include the 450 Italian companies that, in the three-year period 2016/2019, have recorded the highest growth rates in their turnover. Absolute Spa is listed among these special companies for the third consecutive year: the annual growth rate recorded by the Italian shipyard based in Podenzano (Piacenza) was +16.81%, with a turnover, expressed in euros, from 45,081,000 in 2016 to 71,862,000 in 2019. The Moody Decksalon 41 has been named Cruising Yacht of the Year 2020 at the British Yachting Awards. This special award is decided exclusively by online voting of the readers of the British magazine Sailing Today with Yachts & Yachting. After winning in the 'World Yacht Trophies' with the award of the "BEST INNOVATION 2020", the Absolute Navetta 64 wins again! Grand Soleil has launched the new 44ft model that’s available in both a Performance and Racing version. Grand Soleils' latest model is a sporty 44-footer that’s offered in a performance cruising and a racing version. Both versions benefit from generous interior volumes, with the racing having a taller carbon rig, with a race-optimised deck layout and sail plan. In both cases, the cockpit space is significantly improved compared to earlier models. Despite a sleek, low-profile coachroof, the extra space outside is achieved without compromising space below decks.
